Carolyn Pope was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, where God saved her at a very early age. When Carolyn was 20, she totally dedicated her life to the work of God's ministry, and was licensed as an Evangelist
Missionary at the age of 32.
God moved Carolyn around the U.S. to minister and work for his Kingdom in different churches. She helped start and build foundations of new churches in Denver and Portland, Oregon; she hosted a radio broadcast ministry in Little Rock, Arkansas & has always worked along side the ministerial staff. Over the years, Carolyn has grown and matured into a woman of wisdom and a woman of knowledge.
In 1998, God moved Carolyn and her son Michael to California where she made Covenant Worship Center her church home. Under the tutelage of Bishop Designee K.R. Woods, she received her ministerial license from the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World.
In 2001, Carolyn became Associate Pastor of CWC. She has a burden for souls, a caring and loving heart, and a
giving and humble spirit. She loves the Lord and serves him diligently.
Executive Pastor, Elder Christopher Patterson is a committed servant, seeking to fulfill God’s will for his life in serving Christ and His people. Christopher has always used his gifts and talents in the church. He began playing drums at 4 years of age. He has played for numerous choirs and groups including some recording artists. It was evident that leadership was one of his gifts as he held various roles in school & in church.
Christopher was born and raised in Kokomo, IN. where he attended New Bethel Tabernacle under the late Suffragan. Bishop Rufus Mills. He was baptized in Jesus name at the age of 11 and received the gift of the Holy Ghost on Friday, July 1st. He was called to the Ministry at the age of 20 under the leadership of the late Bishop James E. Tyson, and served as Youth and Young Adult Leader for 4 years.
Christopher was united in marriage to Christine Edmonson before moving to California in 1997. Together, they lead a powerful class called Dynamic Marriage, and are certified facilitators for the Family Dynamics Institute.
Under the visionary leadership of Lead Pastor Bishop Designee K.R. Woods, Christopher served as the Christian Education Director and Care Pastor before his elevation to Executive Pastor in 2012.
As Executive pastor, Christopher strives to execute the Vision of his pastor, and serve both the leaders and congregation with passion and love. His purpose is to use his gifts in order that the whole body of Christ is edified and the world might know Jesus by the sacrifice of love he shows.
Outreach Pastor Felicia Pervoe
Pastor Felicia Pervoe has a heart on fire for God and is passionate about fulfilling His greatest commission, going into all the world, and preaching the gospel to every creature according to Mark 16:15. After her life changing encounter with Jesus by receiving the promised gift of the Holy Spirit in the Fall of 2005 while attending Acts Full Gospel COGIC, her live has never been the same. While attending Acts she served as
Sunday School teacher and SWAT Team Captain. In the Spring of 2009 the Lord led her to partner with Covenant Worship Center to assist in advancing the Kingdom of God in the City of Berkeley, Ca and the surrounding areas. There the Lord confirmed her calling to the office of an Evangelist. Under the divine servant leadership of Bishop K.R. Woods, the Lord has given Pastor Pervoe the grace to serve faithfully as Sunday School Teacher, Minister, Outreach Director, and in May of 2016, she was appointed by God and ordained by Bishop Woods to serve in the office of the Outreach Pastor at
Covenant Worship Center. She has also been currently elected to serve as the Vice President of the Evangelism Ministry in the Northern California District Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World.
Pastor Pervoe is equally committed to ministering to her family as well. Her children and grandchildren faithfully attend Covenant Worship Center and actively assist with various Outreach tasks.
